Biography
Mark
Porter has been a real estate agent,
investor, broker, trainer, author, keynote
speaker and professional coach for more than
two decades.
Founder
of Mark Porter Live, Mark has made a career
out of helping agents develop their
businesses by learning to manage shifting
markets to better serve their clients. Since
conquering the tough Wisconsin market of the
early 90s with an average market time of
less than 10 days at 99 percent of list
price, tens of thousands of real estate
professionals have attended his education
courses. Mark’s efforts have contributed to
the successes of the largest and most
prestigious designations in real estate
industry history, CRS - Certified
Residential Specialist and GRI - Graduate
REALTORS Institute.
Mark's
success comes from his distinct perception
of the real estate market, having personally
counseled thousands of agents, brokers and
homeowners across the country. His courses

solution for each individual by nurturing
communications among all parties.

the crowd size but on the larger side with
the bottom of the screen above eye level
for the attendee

Broadband Internet Connection (We have a
wireless cell card however some remote
locations have a signal inadequate for
teaching)

Projector appropriate to
the crowd size - We can supply a 2500
lumen projector that is good for crowds
of less than 200 in rooms with excellent
lighting control.
Facility Considerations

Centrally located near major highways and/or roadways for easy
accessibility.

One large classroom with adequate room length, width and
CEILING HEIGHT to
accommodate all students, screen and instructor comfortably.

Unobstructed view throughout classroom (no
columns or barriers).

Classroom temperature controls.

The facility should be
able to provide enough tables for all students as well as tables for
registration and product display.

Wireless lavaliere microphone with extra
battery.

Ceiling light over projector screen should have the
capability to be turned off or removed to avoid glare.
Other overhead lights need to be on for students to
read.

Contact instructor if projector is necessary.

A broadband internet connection
for use during the course.

rent and the implementation of your Course must abide by the specifications listed in this law.
Most rental facilities are already set up in accordance
